Ingredients

Ripe Banana (Ethapazham) -
3
Maida/All purpose Flour
1/2 cup
Water
as required
Baking Soda a large
pinch
Salt a large
pinch

Steps

  1. Halve the bananas. Then cut it lengthwise into 3.
  2. Prepare a smooth batter (no lumps) with maida, water &salt.
  3. Add a large pinch of baking soda just before frying and mix the batter well.
  4. Fry the bananas in a pan with oil on medium heat.
  5. Remove the bananas using a slotted spoon and place it on kitchen paper, so as to remove excess oil.
  6. Serve warm.

Make sure the bananas are ripe.
